(my Wright 2012)
Classified as medium yellow the color more often than not tends toward a golden yellow that is a beacon in the garden and on the show table as well. The size is large, form tends toward being somewhat flat, but is outstanding and the centers are high and tight. This rose seems to last forever both on the bush and at the rose show. ‘Gift of Love’ will win queen of show and also work very well in National Miniflora Challenge Classes. The rose tends toward being winter tender in the North and North Eastern parts of the country. Disease resistance with a normal spray program is very good to exceptional.
